I don't know if this is an error on the website or if you have removed the feature for some reason, I don't seem able to earn any rewards. Even after over 40 flights I still don't have my first flight reward lol

Hi Richard,
We are currently in the process of changing the rewards system but have run into trouble with the new system
As a result no awards are being sdded as it stands
They will come soon

No problem. Thanks for the info.
Flying an appraoch in deteriorating conditions and seeing the great views from the flight deck at FL360 is all the reward I need.
