I was wondering if their was any chance anyone would be able to confirm the substitution policy please ??
E.g. A320 for A321 etc

Hi Jamie,
Aircraft substitutions can take place as long as their realistic, for example all short haul aircraft are interchangeable (a32x/757) but cannot be used for long haul.

Hi,
I struggle with Aerosoft on my system, but can manage PMDG quite well, and although TCX do not operate the 772 or 737, can we sub these aircraft in place of A320 and A330 retrospecivly.
PMDG are expensive addon's and would like tofly TCX, but make the most of these expensive add ons. No other comparible 330 out there at the moment.

Hello Kevin,
We would like to remain as alligned to Thomas Cook as possible for now. We are considering making the special service a flight that can be flown with any aircraft however flying with the 777 or 737 is not permitted for now.

Thanks for the reply.
Just do not have a long haul aircraft working on my system at the min, so wanted to fly with the only aircraft that is working for me. Aerosoft Airbus I am managing with now, so no problem re 737, but 767 or A330 I do not have an option.
Shame as 777 a 90$ add on, would have liked to have used for the 763 and 332 routes.
